The Summer of 2012 will see a man walk across Niagara Falls on a tight rope. That man is Nik Wallenda. No date is specified yet as to when the event will take place other than "this Summer" but Wallenda will be in the area training prior to the walk beginning in May. Wallenda will walk from Goat Island to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.

It goes without saying but you should definitely plan to book a room for this one time event. Often times if you book early you can get a pretty good Niagara Falls hotel deal as well. Once the date is announced we'll be sure to post here so you can make sure to secure your spot in a a Niagara Falls hotel close to the event!
