Wyndham has just completed a multi-million dollar overhaul on a Niagara Falls hotel adding a new tower with plenty of guest rooms and the requisite Fallsview rooms when a property is located so close to the falls.

You'll find all the amenities you're used to and then some at this new Niagara Falls hotel including 37" flat screen televisions, wireless and wired Internet and amazing views. Also, all of the rooms on the hotel's ninth floor are appointed with wall-to-wall windows, you can't beat those views!

You'll also find a Perkin's restaurant within the hotel for all your dining needs 24 hours a day. For pictures of the new Wyndham Garden Fallsview and more info, click here.

Just after Nik Wallenda's walk over the falls, another wire-walker is set to put on a show over Niagara Falls. Jay Cochrane will walk between the Skylon Tower and the Niagara Fallsview Hilton everyday for 12 weeks. The distance between the two buildings is 1300ft (396m).

Cochrane will be walking without a tether on a one inch wire 50 stories above the ground. That is over twice the height of Wallenda's walk and the wire is half the width! Cochrane will begin his performance each day at 7PM and no tickets are necessary to view the event. His final walk will be on September 24, 2012.
